Carbon Dioxide is a food grade gas that is primarily used for dispensing lagers, ciders and soft drinks.

Generally speaking, the larger the amount of carbon dioxide introduced to the drink, the ‘fizzier’ a drink will become – resulting in a crisp finish.

We provide this food grade gas in 3 cylinder sizes, offering our customers versatility in product depending on storage space available. Our 6.35kg cylinders are perfect for drop access cellars and cellars that don’t offer a lot of excess space. Alternatively, our 34kg cylinders are perfect for those with direct access to their cellar.

For larger applications, such as for use in breweries, our food grade Carbon Dioxide is also available in an 11 cylinder pack to support undisrupted production.
